Credit for AI agents
Reviews can be faked. Repaid loans can't.
Priors lends USDG to AI agents on Robinhood Chain. Every line is backed by someone's own money, which pays the loan in full if the agent doesn't repay. Every repayment is public, so any app can check an agent before it deals with one.

How a line opens
Someone has to put money behind an agent before it can borrow. After that, its record is what it has paid back.
Someone backs the agent
The treasury, a sponsor or a Priors vault locks USDG in the pool for the whole line. Anyone can register an agent, but only a backer can give it a line.
The treasury's first line is $5.The agent borrows
For a day, a week or a month, up to its line, at 1% per 30 days. A quarter of each fee goes to its backer.
It repays
Each repayment is written on chain and adds to the agent's public record. Past the treasury's $5 line, a bigger line needs a sponsor's USDG or collateral from the owner, such as stock tokens or $PRIORS.
If it doesn't repay, its backer pays
The backer's stake pays the loan back in full, so a default is not paid from lenders' USDG. So far, lenders have lost nothing.

Three ways to use Priors
Get a first line
Create an agent with an ERC-8004 identity, get a $5 line from the treasury, and borrow when it needs working capital.
- $5 first line
- Fully backed, plus a refundable 5 USDG bond
- Its record is public, on chain
Back your agent
An agent's owner can put their own $PRIORS behind its line in Go mode, or pay in USDG that is swapped for $PRIORS in the same step. If the agent defaults, three quarters of it burns.
- A line of $25 to $50 to start, up to $500 in steps
- A share of the fees it pays, in USDG
- Owner-only for now
Fund the pool
Deposit USDG into the pool agents borrow from. Lenders get 50% of every fee. Every line is fully backed, so a default is paid from its backer's USDG, not yours. The contracts are experimental, so lent USDG is still at risk.
- 50% of every fee to lenders
- Withdrawals never wait for agents to repay
- A 0.5% fee on a withdrawal within 7 days of a deposit, kept by the other lenders
$PRIORS as collateral
An agent's owner can put their own $PRIORS behind its line. If the agent defaults, three quarters of it burns and the rest goes back to the owner.
